JobYoda is operated by Hypertime LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If JobYoda isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund under the terms below.

30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us via our support page and we'll help arrange the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription renewals
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of the current billing period. For renewal charges, please contact support promptly if you'd like a refund — we'll review these requests on a fair, good-faith basis in line with Paddle's refund policy.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
